Alicia, thank you so much for your comment on this painting. Yes, I am very much a minimalist painter. Actually I am that way in most everything, minimalist. I am so glad you stopped by and left comments. (I am a bit minimalist in my blogging as well - lol.)
Ciambellina, I am glad I visited your blog to see how wonderfully your celebrate your heritage! Amazing posts and yummy photos, you appear to live life to the fullest, and this is how it should be. My very best, and thank you for coming here and posting such lovely words.
Tina, What a lovely painting...a great way to combine a traditional theme with abstract qualities...very fresh. I can smell and feel the sea air. Helen
Thank you Gregory. I enjoyed your posts and felt I must leave a message! I am going to have to try that white pen you were so good to suggest to your readers!
There is simplicity of to piece... at first glance, but then after studying it further one is surprised to see an amazing array of colors. One must be a master to know that pathway and project it onto canvas. Congrats on this piece and all of your work, which is very touching.
Kathy, my goodness, thank you. I read what you wrote on my drawing Mary Did You Know, and I am very touched and overwhelmed by your thoughts there and here. I've seen your work which is very impressive, as well as have read your written word on several pieces, outstanding writing. Thank you for your visit here so much.
