Why I Drink Coffee Every Day - The Nourished Life

I r-e-a-l-l-y love coffee and drink it every day.  It truly makes getting up a small celebration, and my husband makes a special cup for me every morning and brings it to me as he has for all our years together.  This simple act I adore and appreciate more than he will ever know, and I tell him so each and every day.  And, like many of you, we are trying to be more mindful about what we consume, so when I come across a blog with health info that appears sound and good, makes sense, I pay attention!  Today's post from The Nourished Life blog, one I love, is Why I Drink Coffee Every Day.  It makes sense to me!  Hope you take a moment out of your busy day and check it out.

My better half has been busy re-furbing a couple restaurants, just making them look new and good again after some hefty foot traffic and normal wear and tear, but I hope he will save some time in the new year to assist me with some design ideas.  He is also building a couple of custom furniture pieces for the client's of one of our favorite designers, so more on that later.   Here is hoping all well with you and yours, oh, and get a cup of Joe,

Sometimes I do tea with honey. Honey is so good for you and tea comes in so many flavors!

It's my favorite beverage, hot or cold. My partner usually brings me the first cup while I'm still in bed, this is such a sweet and loving act.

Yes! You, too! It is such a loving and generious act, I am not so certain I wouldn't take a sip first if it were me bringing coffee to my husband, but he never does that, and he is so happy to serve it to me. We are very lucky indeed!
